Driven by our passion for community
Our intention behind our offerings is to come together to harness the power of human connection in a way that supports us through our every day life. While we are all our own greatest healers, we aren't meant to walk this path alone.
The nature of our events vary, while all having a similar emphasis on doing the inner work, community building, skill sharing, lighthearted play, and energetic exploration. We aim to create a space for everyone's voice to be heard and their gifts to be appreciated.
In addition to offering our own personal services, we enjoy bringing in our community members to share their offerings. We have held space for a drumming workshop, concerts, ecstatic dance, breath work, sound bath, cacao ceremony, self defense seminar, women's circle, men's circle, and much more!
We celebrate those of all race, gender, religion, age, and identity, as we see our differences as a strength rather than something to divide us.

Sudo embodies so many roles and energies, it is hard to describe him properly. From being a loving leader, to a passionate musician, to an explorer of all things metaphysical - he is always able to find something to connect with others over.
Initiated into his medicine and energy work journeys 25 years ago, he carries with him a presence that is known to help those around him feel safe and seen. He is passionate in his work guiding others to connect inward with themselves, outward with one another, and beyond with spirit.
Outside of serving community, Sudo enjoys spending his time playing with his children, singing and making music, painting, communing with nature, traveling, seeing live music, lifting weights, and learning about new topics.

Nala brings many gifts to the table, the best of which is her unparalleled level of vulnerability matched with her desire to reach a state of love in all connections and relationships she encounters. Her being allows for a natural environment of healing on many levels.
Nala uses a multitude of modalities including shamanic practices and ritual rope intertwined with her essence to bring about opportunities for personal development. She is passionate about community and working specifically in women’s circles to encourage, empower, and uplift all those she interacts with.
She continues her journey studying everything from sustainable living to yoni steaming and more to prepare us for the world ahead.
